As much as I do not like the woman, that statement does hold some truth. There is a certain degree of fickle-mindedness among our people when it comes to politics.
Although, the desire of people from Visayas and Mindanao to convert to a federalized form of government (not necessarily parliamentary) is more based on a sincere desire to better manage their own resources rather than just simple fickle-mindedness.
